Ho’oponopono is a sacred piece of Hawaiian huna. Huna is the ancient healing and spiritual shamanism of native Hawaii – focusing on empowerment, increasing ones spirituality, energy and metaphysical healing powers. Ho’oponopono means ‘to make right’, it is a mantra and healing practice that naturally extends from oneself to the Earth.

The mantra we use to practice Ho’oponopono is:

I’m sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

“Divine creator, father, mother, so as one… If I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives and ancestors in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness… Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light… And it is done”

To practice ho’oponopono, is to practice forgiveness. Clearly state your intention before beginning your practice, focus on something in your life that you feel needs clearing and forgiveness – or you may ask the energy to go where it is most needed at the moment. Begin repeating the mantra, ‘Im sorry, Please forgive me, I love you, Thank you’ for as long as it feels right for you.

Sure we can treat such physical or mental symptoms with modern medicine but we don’t get to the root of the issue. We don’t address the “seed” where the issue blossomed from. As a result many people may relieve certain ailments allopathically, but often times find that another one shows up not long after. This is simply a calling from a deeper aspect of ourselves to get to the root of the issue.

Tantra Massage, because it addresses the entire human being and all it’s aspects AND works with powerful forms of energy, can be a potent tool for harmoniously relieving and alleviating various blockages, known or unknown.
